Terms of service and sale

These terms apply to the use of the VisiBasket site, published by Lucas Large (see the legal notice), and to subscribing to its paid plans. By creating an account, the user accepts them.

1. Purpose of the service

VisiBasket offers statistical analysis of basketball matches (probabilities, scenarios, team and player statistics), assisted by automated models and artificial intelligence. These analyses are provided for informational purposes only.

VisiBasket is not a betting operator and does not offer any sports betting service. The service must not be used as the basis for a financial or betting decision; the user remains solely responsible for how they use the information provided.

2. User account

Access to certain features requires creating an account, by email and password or via a Google account. The user must be at least 16 years old to create an account. They are responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and any activity carried out from their account.

3. Plans and pricing

VisiBasket offers limited free access and paid plans (Starter, Pro, Annual), whose content and pricing are detailed on the site's Pricing page. Prices are shown all taxes included; VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.

4. Payment, duration and cancellation

Payments and subscriptions are managed by the third-party provider Whop. Starter and Pro subscriptions are monthly and the Annual subscription is billed once a year; all renew automatically until cancelled by the user, at any time from the "My account" page ("Subscription" section); cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for. The Lifetime plan, no longer sold since 6 November 2026, was a one-time payment with no renewal; existing Lifetime accounts keep their access.

In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply once performance of the service has begun with the consumer's agreement before the end of the withdrawal period, which the user acknowledges by accessing the service immediately after payment.

5. Artificial intelligence

Some features (summaries, scenarios, answers to questions) are generated by automated or artificial intelligence models from statistical data. This content may be incomplete or inaccurate and constitutes neither advice nor a guarantee of results.

6. Account termination

The user can delete their account at any time from the "My account" page. This deletion does not cancel an ongoing paid subscription, which must be cancelled separately from the "Subscription" section of the "My account" page, before deletion.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is". VisiBasket uses reasonable means to ensure the availability and accuracy of information, without guaranteeing the absence of errors or interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, the publisher's liability cannot exceed the amounts paid by the user over the past twelve months.

8. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated; the last-updated date appears at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls, failing an amicable resolution, under the jurisdiction of the courts competent for the publisher.
